Curried Tuna Salad with Apples

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1/4 cup avocado, smashed
  • 1/2 cup chopped apple
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder

Directions

  1. Combine tuna, hummus, and avocado and mix well.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  3. Serve with veggie slices or crackers or eat it on a sandwich!
