Garden Cooler

Ingredients

  • 3 cucumber wheels, divided
  • 2 sprigs mint, divided
  • 1 1/2 ounces Plymouth gin
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 1/4 ounces club soda

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle 2 cucumber wheels and 1 sprig mint. Add gin, lime juice, and simple syrup, and shake. Strain over ice into a high ball glass and garnish with remaining cucumber wheel and mint sprig.
