Ginger Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ginger root, fresh, minced
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 fluid ounces mirin
  • 1/4 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup minced uncooked scallions

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well-blended.
