Green Juice Cocktail
Packed with fruits and veggies, this tequila cocktail could easily be mistaken for your morning green juice. Leave the skins on your cucumber for extra fiber, antioxidants, and vitamin K.
- 1/4 cup squash puree
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 cucumbers, skin intact
- 2 small red apples
- 2 small green apples
- 1/2 lemon
- Cruz Blanco Tequila
- Blend all ingredients except tequila.
- Add 1 part tequila to 4 parts blended juice to a shaker. Shake well and pour over fresh ice.
