Green Power Smoothie
Fill up and slim down with nutrient-packed, superfoods-rich green smoothie.
- 1 1/2 cups apple juice
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 medium avocado
- 15 almonds
- Ice cubes
- Place apple juice, kale, cucumber, and lemon juice in a blender, and blend until smooth. Taste and add more apple and lemon juice if necessary (note that avocado and almonds will balance out any sour flavor). Add avocado flesh and almonds, and blend until almonds dissolve. Pour into two ice-filled glasses.
