High-Fiber Yum Chai Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 2 scoops BODY Inner Beauty Powder
  • 2 cups almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon mixed spice
  • 1 pinch of turmeric
  • 4 ice cubes, made using filtered water

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve.
