Nicole Scherzinger's Blueberry-Flaxseed Shake

Ingredients

  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons organic agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 vanilla protein powder (such as Designer's Whey Protein Powder)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 banana
  • 1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blend on low for 10 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.
