Pickled Peppers

Ingredients

  • Sweet peppers
  • Champagne vinegar
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Bring 1 cup champagne vinegar, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 tablespoon salt to a boil; pour over 1 pound sliced sweet peppers and refrigerate overnight.
