Purple Power Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 100 percent grape juice
  • 1 ripe frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup plain or strawberry 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup packed baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Fresh fruit (optional)
  • Coconut chips (optional)
  • Toasted oats (optional)
  • No-sugar-added granola (optional)
  • Chia seeds (optional)
  • Hemp seeds (optional)
  • Chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

  1. Place juice, banana, yogurt, strawberries, pineapple, spinach, and chia seeds in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into individual bowls and garnish with your choice of optional toppers.
