Roasted Poblano Guacamole

Ingredients

  • Avocados
  • Juice of one lime
  • Course sea salt
  • Poblano, roasted and diced
  • Corn kernels, raw or grilled
  • Chopped cilantro

Directions

  1. Start with three avocados, the juice of one lime, and coarse sea salt to taste, then mix in 1 poblano, roasted and diced, 1/3 cup corn kernels, raw or grilled, and 1/4 cup chopped cilantro.
