Sweet Potatoes with Coconut Butter

Ingredients

  • Shredded, unsweetened coconut
  • Baked sweet potato

Directions

  1. Make coconut butter by whizzing shredded, unsweetened coconut in a high--speed blender for 10 to 15 minutes, or buy it jarred. Put coconut butter on baked sweet potatoes.
