Tahini Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Fresh spinach
  • Banana
  • Avocado
  • Tahini
  • Ginger
  • Madjool dates
  • Lemon juice
  • Lime juice

Directions

  1. In a blender, place 1 cup water, 3 cups fresh spinach, 1 medium banana, 1 small or 1/2 medium avocado, 1 tablespoon tahini, 1/2-inch piece ginger, 2 pitted Medjool dates, the juice of 1 lemon, the juice of 1 lime, and a few ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
