The Mango-Kale Kick
Add some nutrient-rich greens to your clean, green lifestyle with this incredibly simple juice recipe. (Read: Only four ingredients!) The combination will give you that kick in the pants when a midday slump hits. Tip: Juice is best consumed fresh.
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup kale
- 1/2 mango, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup coconut water
- In a high-power juicer, juice baby spinach, kale, and mango into a clean pitcher. Add coconut water and whisk well to combine. (If not drinking immediately, refrigerate covered with plastic wrap.)
