Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces package ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach (defrosted and squeezed dry)
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 egg whites (beaten)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl. Shape meat mixture into 12 balls and place on a non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, flip and bake another 10 minutes or until browned.
