US Open Low Fat Yogurt Fruit Parfait
Eat like a US Open tennis player and try this refreshing low fat yogurt fruit parfait recipe, courtesy of the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.
- 8 ounces non-fat yogurt
- 2 ounces fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 ounces fresh blueberries
- 1 1/2 ounces granola
- Mix the yogurt until smooth. Fill a cup with 4 oz yogurt. Top with strawberries, then top with 2 oz. yogurt. Top with 2 oz. blueberries, then the remaining yogurt. Top with remaining granola.
