Emma Stone Opens Up About Her Lifelong Struggle with Anxiety

Emma Stone is currently traveling the country promoting her new film Battle of the Sexes, and she's been opening up about some battles of her own. While visiting The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the Oscar-winner revealed that she's been living with anxiety since she was a little girl.

"I was a very, very, very anxious child, and I had a lot of panic attacks," she told Colbert, adding that her parents did their best to give her the help she needed. "I benefited in a big way from therapy," she continued. "I started at 7."

It happens to everyone. You could be a fitness fanatic who hits the gym five times a week, and then suddenly you fall off the wagon. Whether it was a monthlong Netflix binge, an illness, an injury, or a super-busy period at work that derailed you, you absolutely can and should get back on the wagon.
