Lady Gaga made the news late last year after opening up about her long-time struggle with PTSD. She might have received some unnecessary backlash for sharing intimate details about her mental illness, but that hasn't stopped her from making sure she's in perfect shape for her highly-anticipated Super Bowl halftime performance on February 5.
On Monday, the 30-year-old pop sensation shared a photo from one of her workouts in preparation for the show. In the Instagram post, she's shown holding a bridge pose. And as if that isn't hard enough, she adds a resistance band around her thighs for an added challenge.

In September, the"Perfect Illusion" singer revealed that she will be headlining this year's Super Bowl halftime show. It will be her second time singing during the event, after her unforgettable performance of the national anthem last year.
In an interview with Radio Disney in October, she said she hopes her performance will be a moving and powerful experience for those attending.
"I want every guy's girlfriend in his arms ... I want every husband and wife kissing ... every kid laughing," she said. "In my mind, they're having this really powerful family experience watching the Super Bowl."
It's safe to say we can't wait!
