I'm a registered dietitian with a passion for nutrition and I can't imagine doing anything else for a living! For over 15 years, I've counseled professional athletes, models and celebrities, as well as working people who struggle with emotional eating and time constraints. I've used the power of nutrition to help people lose weight, gain more energy, manage sudden or chronic health problems, improve their relationships, and enhance the way they look and feel, and my own hubby has lost over 50 pounds since we met (that's the equivalent of 200 sticks of butter worth of fat!). I love to share what I've learned with others, whether it be on TV, in my Shape column, or as a book author. So I hope you'll "tune in," send me your feedback, and tell me how I can help you eat healthier. Bon appetite!
