The
P.I.N.K. Method Diet (which stands for power, intensity, nutrition, and kardio) was designed by Cynthia Pasquella, a nutritionist who wanted to design a program specifically targeted toward women's dietary needs. It's a four-part diet plan that includes a detoxifying stage, a fat-fighting stage, a seven-day "shred" stage in which you'll "shred" the last few pounds you have to lose, and lastly, a preservation stage, which focuses on long-term maintenance.
