"Jennifer does a high-intensity interval workout, which includes everything from jumping rope to treadmill to slide, and strength stuff in between," says the star's trainer, Gunnar Peterson.
"My body deteriorated so much during Survivor. I wasn't scared that I was losing muscle mass. I was scared I wouldn't have any energy; I wasn't putting in any fuel. It was rough physically, but it teaches you just how strong the mind is."
"Instead of just running," says Britney's tour director and choreographer Wade J. Robson, "I tell Britney to sing her whole album while she's on the treadmill -- full out. It's a great way to increase her stamina."
"Jennifer Lopez and Catherine Zeta-Jones are super sexy. But I don't know them, and I've got to like the soul of a woman. I've always loved brainy women, like my wife [Catherine Oxenberg]."
"I wish I could trot down the beach in a black thong bikini without a care. But I don't think that's going to happen."
