This high-intensity exercise takes advantage of a simple tool that you're used to only sitting or stepping on--and burns nearly twice the calories of a standard strength move, about 10 per minute. "Jumping adds a cardio element to this exercise," says Kathy Kaehler, who includes the move in her new book, Fit and Sexy for Life. "To make it more challenging, remember how many times you jumped during the first minute and try to beat that number the next time."

I am also curious how to do this exercise...

I love all the health tips and exercises on all your issues. I have been working out 5 days a week for the last 15 years and I find your tips very very helpful. I carry the magazine with me to the gym every day. Is there any way you can modify the pages containing the exercises so that they are easily removable?

Thanks!!
