Today I'm officially wrapping up my year-long stint as the Weight Loss Diary writer. I'm so proud of myself for dropping 62 pounds, but I'm not finished yet! I'm still 18 pounds short of my goal, so I've made three resolutions to help me shed them--and maintain a healthy, happy lifestyle.

1. I resolve to keep trying new activities. This past year I've had a blast horseback riding, rock-climbing, and playing kickball, to name a few. By constantly looking for find fun different ways to stay fit, I'll make my exercise a lifelong habit. (I just saw an awesome trapeze workout on The Biggest Loser--I think that may be next!)

2. I resolve to be thoughtful about my diet. Food is not the enemy, nor is it a cure-all for when I'm stressed or upset.

3. I resolve to stay positive about myself and my body--no matter what the scale says. This year has taught me a lot about self-confidence, and my slimmer physique looks and feels a million times better when I keep my head held high and a smile on my face.
