In April 2020, Barthole was inspired to found Sneakers for Heroes, a charity that provides free footwear to medical professionals fighting on the frontline of the COVID-19 pandemic. The charity has donated over 10,000 pairs of sneakers to date and has been featured in Business Insider, Fashionista, and Footwear News.
She is dedicated to producing inspiring fashion content that motivates women to be the best version of themselves.
