Stephanie (she/her) is the deputy director of the Hearst Health Newsroom, where she writes, edits, and otherwise creates health content for Good Housekeeping, Prevention, and other Hearst titles. She has covered women's physical and emotional health, nutrition, sexuality, and the multitudes of topics they contain for national publications for decades, and she is also a best-selling author, a mom of twins, a dog mom, and an intuitive eater in progress.

If she's an expert at anything, it's connecting with women about what's important to them. Stephanie has been writing and editing magazines and books for more than two decades and in addition to writing features that are as fun to read as they are informative, she's also scarily adept at channeling women and telling their stories in their voices. Stephanie has written for Fitness, Glamour, Cosmo, Ladies Home Journal, Red-book, O the Oprah Magazine, Self, and many others on all kinds of topics, including health, fitness, psychology, sex, and women's issues.

Stephanie was formerly deputy editor at Women's Day, where she edited stories on money and amazing women doing amazing things and top edited the beauty and fashion copy, as well as pets and books. Her book, My Formerly Hot Life (2010) was a national bestseller.
