Hi all....My name is Tracy B...I have set my goal to lose 85 lbs and I am starting my "Lifestyle change" today!!! I am 5'0 and weigh an very disgusting 220 lbs....Yes that means my BMI is about 45%. I am very motivated today and hope I can carry this on thru-out my journey!! I would like to be able to complete a mini triathalon at the end of my journey!!! Any suggestions on workouts and recipes would be great!!!!!
