A Weekly Round Up of What has Inspired me for my Wedding
Welcome back to the Friday installment of My Favorite Things. Every Friday I will post my favorite things I have discovered while planning my Wedding. Pinterest helps me keep track of all of my musings and you all are the lucky recipients of seeing them! Most of my inspiration come from Bride magazines, SHAPEBride and a plethora of Blogs, like Style Me Pretty.
Here are this week's musings:
1.) These Gorgeous Pear-Shape Earrings-- I'm not a flashy person by any means, but I absolutely LOVE these earrings to wear on my wedding day. It's the extra pop of glam that my look needs.
2.) Fall Harvest Signature Cocktail-- This Pumpkin Pie Martini looks so delicious. I think it will work well with our Fall Harvest theme to our wedding as our signature cocktail.
3.) Save-the-Date-- This is the next decision my fiance and I make and I just adore this Save-the-date in the shape of a mason jar. We would obviously put our own spin on it and maybe add a piece to the back to allow it to stand upright.
4.) Farm Photo Op-- My fiance grew up on a 60 acre farm in upstate New York, one of the main elements that his family's farm produced was hay. I think this would be a great engagement photo op however, this couple used it for their wedding.
5.) Candlelit Ceremony-- Although I may be pushing my luck with the outdoor temperature, I really hope to get married outside just before sunset in the beginning of November. This idea of hanging old mason jars from string over tree branches with lit candles is very romantic. If that doesn't work, I can always use a string of clear lights, like this.
6.) Bridesmaid Dresses-- I really love this color for my bridesmaids dresses. It's the perfect jewel tone for November and has the unique flower accent on the natural waist.
7.) Possible Wedding Favors-- I love the idea of candy apple wedding favors, however, I think I would still have them at my wedding just as a sweet treat for the guests.
