Day 4: Add brief spurts of exercise

Yesterday, I'm proud to say, I got 8 servings of fruits and veggies! But it's not takes effort. At each meal, I asked: how can I eat more? A side salad, sauteed spinach, fruit for snacks, etc. Keeping that up plus my water...and still no sweets. But I have had some serious sweets cravings to date!

Today's goal: get more exercise throughout the day. Yes, putting in 30+ minutes of intense cardio at the gym is ideal. But I know that's hard. Brief intervals count too: take a walk at lunchtime for 10 minutes, do a set of 10-15 pushups and 20 crunches first thing every morning, and end the day with some chair dips, crunches, pushups, and stretching (or find other easy at-home moves here on while you're watching the news. Make it a point to do at least 30 minutes today...and you'll see how staying active doesn't really have to take a big chunk out of your day. Remember, you're worth it!
