Chrissy Teigen: “I Love Delivery"

Can't live without Seamless? It's okay, Chrissy Teigen understands you! “I’m such a Seamless web nut,” she affirmed in a recent sit-down with Refinery29. “I love delivery.” And she doesn’t stop there!

“You can get anything at the drop of a dime! At 1:30 last night...I was like, ‘I really want a lettuce-wrapped burger.’ I typed it in, and of course you can get it immediately,” gushed Teigen. “It’s insane.”

It should comes as no surprise that the Sports Illustrated model is a self-declared Seamless foodie. Teigen has long held her own in the kitchen, posting the fruits of her skilled labor on her food blog So Delushious as evidence beneath the tagline: Personal random ramblings from a girl who loves bacon and can’t be fat.

And then, of course, there’s her new show Snack Off premiering on MTV this summer, a cooking show for the younger audience.

“It’s like Top Chef, but using the ingredients we would have in our fridge,” Teigen said. “Sometimes, our secret ingredient is a Hot Pocket. Sometimes, our secret ingredient is Cheetos...It’s fun to see what they come up with, but, trust me, there are more misses than I expected.”

So, with her credentials in order, it’s safe to say Teigen is a Seamless aficionado. And forget about fake names and celebrity treatment—Teigen promises that when you see her name coming in on an order, it’s the real deal.

“I [once] ordered from a sushi place down the street, and then someone direct-messaged me [on Twitter]: ‘Hey, I just got your sushi order,’” she recalled. “I was like, ‘This is so weird.’ He goes, ‘I’m going to throw some stuff in,’ and I was like ‘Great!'”

Of course, it goes without saying that the 2014 SI Swimsuit Edition cover model knows how to sweat it out with all her to-go deliveries.

“I go to Physique 57. If I can do it, you can do it, honestly,” Teigen said. “I think SLT is the hardest thing out’re doing Pilates, but you’re doing it quickly. I’ve never been so sore in my life. I just love it.”
