Happy Anniversary, Kate and Will!

We can’t believe it’s been just two years since Prince Will and Kate Middleton tied the knot—it seems like just yesterday we were waking up at 6 a.m. to see if Sarah Burton was indeed the dress designer. Celebrate the royal couple's second anniversary and coming baby with these fun ideas.

1. Hit the Rowing Machine
Kate’s fit body isn’t just from that Dukan diet she reportedly stuck to pre-wedding. The Duchess of Cambridge owes it to a history of rowing with her all-female crew team. If you’re not near a river, pay homage to her with a calorie-blasting rowing machine workout.

2. Bake a Cake
Who needs vanilla cupcakes? The couple opted for a traditional English fruitcake for their reception. Anything more than two layers is a bit much for a simple anniversary celebration, so try this strawberry banana cream cake instead.

3. Send a Real Card
In the U.K., the second anniversary gift is paper (unlike in the U.S., where paper is first and cotton is second). Use this as an excuse to buy your loved one an adorable card from a favorite Etsy shop.

4. Say Cheers
Raise a glass to Will and Kate with a British classic, G&T. Our gin and tonic recipe cuts calories witout sacrificing flavor. Other traditional options include Pimm’s Cup, a combination of Pimm’s liquor, lemonade, and lemon-lime soda.

5. Follow Their Example
Although these two seem to have a fairy-tale romance, love like theirs can happen to you too. All it takes is some effort to make your relationship last.
