Jesse who? After a nasty divorce from Jesse James, Sandra Bullock threw herself into her job, working out, and raising her adorable baby boy, Louis. The result? The star looks better than ever!

So what's her workout secret? Whenever Bullock wants to tone up and slim down, she turns to A-list fitness trainer, Simone De La Rue. De La Rue told RadarOnline that Bullock is a fan of her yoga and pilates-influenced workout, Body by Simone.

"Sandy has completely transformed her body since starting BBS," De La Rue told RadarOnline. "She puts in an hour a day, six days a week! She is extremely motivated and driven."

Bullock loves toned, sculpted arms, so she's been focusing on a mix of dance, cardio, and strenghtening exercises with De La Rue. Sounds like a recipe for success to us!
