Jessica Alba Stays Fit on Winter Vacation

New year, new beginnings, and there’s no better time to set some goals for a happy, healthy life. Celebrities agree and have been showing off how they're staying in shape in 2014. 1. Frequent-flier fitness. On a post-Christmas trip to Los Cabos, Mexico, Jessica Alba stayed (and kept us) motivated by posting pictures of neon workout gear and the rose gold Nike+ FuelBand SE. We're glad she's back to a healthy routine after her recent three-month corset trial to shed extra pregnancy weight.

2. True Brit. After being accused of faking her abs during her debut in Las Vegas, Britney Spears defined the lines and shared a clear picture of her six-pack. “I’m doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week in addition to a lot of cardio—hour-long sessions three times a week with my trainer, Tony Martinez,” she told us of prepping for the show. 3. Could they be any more fit? Former Friends stars Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox grabbed their bikinis to jet off to Mexico together, displaying strong beach bodies while soaking up the sun. Aniston is a known follower of “yogalosophy,” a yoga, cardio, and toning workout instructed by Mandy Ingber, while Cox opts for the “constant challenge” of the Tracy Anderson Method, a popular choice of Hollywood’s healthiest.

4. Taking the healthy high road. After actor Jay Mohr took a major jab at Alyssa Milano about her baby weight during a radio interview, Milano fired back, responding to harsh weight criticism by tweeting, "@jaymohr37 So sorry you felt the need to publicly fat-shame me. Be well and God Bless. Please send my love to your beautiful wife." Milano recently dished to us that she follows a motto of “eat less, live more” and maintains her figure with burlesque classes saying, “It really is just a wonderful way to stay in shape and also have an hour to myself every single week.”
