Xtina’s back! Although the The Voice judge has received some flack over the last couple of years for her changing shape, Christina Aguilera is having the last laugh as she shows off her amazing new physique in Maxim magazine. Rumor has it she’s achieved the bod thanks to yoga with trainer Tee Sorge. "She believes in exercise that she enjoys, doing strength work as opposed to intense cardio,” US Weekly reports.

New mom shape-up advice. Although she has her hands full with her new baby and kicking butt on a hit TV show, Homeland star Claire Danes still makes time to look after her body. The actress stays in shape by eating clean, doing three days of cardio a week, and getting as much sleep as she can, she told FitSugar. She also credits exercise with stabilizing her emotions and keeping her balanced.

Star high school athletes. Your high school yearbook is likely hidden away in the hopes that nobody ever sees those photos of you in your cross-country uniform (and braces).
