The Third Cocktail of Christmas: Three French Martinis

On the third day of Christmas my true love gave to me three French martinis, two turtlenecks, and Campari with a pear pureé.

What make this French martini recipe better than others you ask? Let me tell you. By using VuQo Premium vodka, which is the only vodka distilled from coconut nectar, rather than the grains used in most vodka, this particular martini is gluten-free. If you are, or you have gluten-free friends, you’ll be serving this holiday season choose VuQo. Or you can look for the occasional vodka still made from potatoes or grapes.

This vodka is actually made using an old Filipino technique traditionally used to distill coconut nectar in order to make tequila. Only coconut flowers from Philippine coconut trees, which are said to have the best nectar thanks to the nutrient-rich volcanic soil and tropical climate are used. Now that you can dazzle your holiday guests with your vast knowledge about cocktails here is the recipe.

2oz VuQo Vodka
½oz raspberry liqueur
1oz pineapple juice

Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with festive fruits like a strawberry or raspberries.
