Fresh Air and Sunshine

We’re starting to see glimmers of spring here in North Carolina and I’ve been taking my runs outside at every chance I get. But even if you’re still wading through snowdrifts, there are ways to get out and get some vitamin D. Since most of us live on campus, the sidewalk shoveling isn’t really up to us, but that doesn’t mean you can’t go play in the snow. Have a snowball fight, build a snow woman sculpture, goo for a run in it (talk about major muscle toning) or take a romantic wintry walk!

When you get back to your dorm or apartment, warm up with these tummy-friendly winter drinks.
