I have some exciting news to share! A few friends and I have begun training for a half-marathon in March. It’s my first race longer than a 5K so I’m training to finish in under 2 hours, and not race competitively. Here's a step-by-step half marathon training schedule to keep us on track. One of my training partners is a pretty fast runner, so if I keep training with her, who knows what will happen!
