Everyone around me, from close friends to coworkers, is very aware at this point that I have been attempting to decorate my apartment for the past eight months (mostly, because I've talked of little else). I moved into my studio with high aspirations and many tear sheets-only to find myself full of indecision.
I was out on appointments this week and dropped in to Trina Turk's gorgeous Meatpacking boutique, a little splash of Palm Beach chic in the midst of Manhattan. I am basically a shades of grey kind of gal-but you can't help but be inspired by her use of color. And while this technically does not fall under the umbrella of my title as fashion market editor, I do think it has everything to do with style - which is what all of this is about. So I'm taking a bit of liberty this week to bring you some fashionable home finds from the designer.
