It’s not often that I come across a brand-new skin-care line that I’d want to use on me AND my sensitive-skinned kids. (And believe me, a LOT of them cross my desk every day.) But when I saw...and tried... Espisencial, a natural (and sustainable) fruit-extract-based line of products developed by Kim Walls, a mom of two boys (who also happens to be a member of the family who created the Epicuren spa skin-care line), I was addicted. She’s also partnered with author Eric Carle’s popular The Very Hungry Caterpillar book (check out the line at episencial.com) for some creative packaging (which is all made from recycled materials, by the way). Currently the line is available only in Whole Foods on the West Coast, but in January they’ll roll out nationally at Target, Buy Buy Baby, and other Whole Foods stores. BUT Shape readers can buy the products for 20% off through November 15 by clicking on this link: episencial.com/shape.
