just a thought

No matter how deeply you think you are pulling in your powerhouse, there is always room for improvement to strengthen your core.  Even as a daily practitioner of Pilates, I am forever challenging myself to pull in a little deeper, and lengthen my muscles as more than my last workout.  Beginning to direct your attention towards your inner strength and control, is a great place to head if you want to see changes in your body.  Advancing to the next level is not always trying another advanced move, sometimes it involves going back to basics and applying deeper principles
