Losing 3 pounds the week of Christmas?!?!


This is no joke, last sunday I weighed 183.2 lbs, and this morning I was at 180 flat!  I am a Health Promotion major who needs to lose about 40-50 more pounds.  I am very knowledgable about this field, and I am very health concious, however I have suffered through phases of extreme binging, being surrounded by family/friends who are not health-concious, and working a summer job which is a breeding ground for bad health habits.  Since Thanksgiving, when I weighed over 190, I have been on my most successful mission to lose weight.  This time I am losing it for good!  I hope you can join me on this journey and gain new insight from my experiences : )
