My body is not happy with the way what I have been doing to it. For the last few months I have not been good to it. The last month has gotten wosre. I hav =e been living on a meal or two a day, not healthy most of the time. Most of them have been take out or whatever prossed foods are fast and easy. The rest of the time I drink cup after cup of coffee and red bulls and from that I am happy when i get five hrs. of sleep. Also drinking litlle if any water (only when I'm working out. My body is telling me it has had enough! I am tired all the time, have no energy what so ever. I am having a long list of tummy problems and I'm bloated. So now that I have two days off in a row (doesnt happen all that often) I am kick starting my health back to normal. Today I went to the store and stocked up for this weekend for all fresh food. For the next two days I am going to eat all fresh fruit, veggies, nuts, and beans I also grabed some orange juice with calcium and vitamine D. No bread, milk, caffee, red bulls, soda, prosseced sugars or prosseced foods. I already dont eat meat and haven't for a little over 2 years now. I know its a little drastic but at this point i need to clean out what I have done and rehydrate my self. I am so dehydrated my mouth is dry all of the time as well as my skin no matter what I do and my tongue is white! uggg not good. so lets hope this helps me get back to where I need to be. Monday I will start adding things back slowly and make sure I go back to eating and drinking what I need to.
