A Simple Trick to Cut Calories—Without Missing Them


It's amazing how filling my cup with empty calories can lead to filling out the rear of my jeans. While you may watch what you eat, food is only half the battle. Liquid calories count just as much—maybe even more! Frappucinos and sugary sodas are obvious offenders, but when the weather heats up, I love serving iced tea and lemonade with lunch. I know one glass of lemonade isn't going to derail my diet, but when I'm trying to slim down, keeping those little extras in check is crucial. I love my new baby, but I could do without the post-pregnancy love handles.
