New Beggining

Hi everyone i'm tatyanna and im 18 5'9 and 260lbs. i know horrible right i have been struggling with my weight since 8th grade and is dyinh to lose weight i started my diet 2-12-2010 i cut out meat and start eating vegetables and only eat meat if i have to get a sub sandwhich after school i have started a kelly ripa workout and cradio workout i got out of shape magazine i been going 5 days and feel like i have gotten bigger.Any Advice
