Hello, after reading the article with Kourtney Kardashian my drive to become more physically fit has intensified. I got married a little over a year ago and with that went everything that I did to make sure that I would fit into the wedding dress of my dreams. So 13 months and about 25 lbs later I am here to start a new beginning. I joined WW about a month ago and slow and steady wins the race. I tried other big time commercial diets and it wa completely wrong for me. Dont get me wrong 11 lbs in 2 weeks is a dream... literally. The minute i went off of phase 1... everything came back and then some. FInally I listened to my friends and I joined Weight Watchers and I absolutely love it. I am currently down 2.5 lbs. There was a week there when I lost nothing, just maintained which I cant complain about either. I am starting my training for a 5K the first week in August today, along with some other work out plans to start getting fit.
