I am trying really hard to keep motivated. Its only day 2 for me, and I am already struggling. BUT, I am holding strong. I am 31 years old, and am hoping to get married and have kids soon. (my boyfriend agrees :) ) But I refuse to be the "chubby bride" or the Mom with gestational diabetes just because I like chips and icecream a lot.
My boyfrined has weight to lose too, and we are working together towards our goals.
Any support or suggestions to keep me motivated, recipes to try, and excersizes to do at home would be great :)
