Monday Motivation: Make Today Count


Who needs a little workout motivation this afternoon? It can be hard to get back in the swing of your routine on Mondays, so if you're in need of a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, check out these fun pins we found on Pinterest. 1. This day will never come again. Truer words have never been spoken. So make today count!



2. All you have to do is try. The first step out the door or out of bed every morning to work out is the hardest one you'll take. Just remember: Even 10 minutes is better than zero minutes!



3. You can do it. That voice in your head that says you can't do it? It's lying.



4. Run...somewhere. A run to the liquor store totally counts as a workout. Just don't drink all that wine at once...
