Having good posture can change the way you look, feel and make a first impression more positive. I believe we all want that and it really is not too much to ask of ourselves. Your self esteem can improve also. If your shoulders are drooping forward and your focus is down to the ground, you are sending a message of being tired or sad. I could go on but I think you get it!
Strengthening your powerhouse, lengthing your spine, opening your chest, can give you an air of confidence and well being. Pilates exercise is the best method I know of to give you all those qualities at once. Not to mention a longer and leaner body with beautiful muscle tone!
