Guess who visited us in the office today: Ryan Scott, from season four of Top Chef, the Chicago season, brought us some yummy Morningstar Farms garden veggie pattie burgers and delicious deviled-eggs (Corona Lights too, but we’re going to save those for after hours). Shape staffers never say no to food, so we were thrilled for this afternoon treat! These veggie burgers were so good, and tasted much better than the real thing I had for dinner last night—minus tons of calories and fat too. If you’re looking for a quick and easy meal, you should definitely check them out. For only 70 calories and 3 grams of fat you can have this for a satisfying lunch in the office or to serve at your next backyard BBQ. And The Veggie Burger Cookbook they gave me has over 40 recipes to help you get creative with your burgers; since we all know that eating healthy can sometimes get boring if you don’t know how to mix it up. Plus, I was shocked to find out how easy it is too cook these—microwave them, grill them, or even throw them in a toaster oven and you’ll have a tasty meal in minutes. This is perfect for when Dino and I are working late nights and need to whip up something to eat. And since Ryan said his girlfriend Ali is a huge fan of Shape, I took this staff photo for her to have as a keepsake for Ryan’s visit to our office!
