Goodbye, SHAPE!


Over the past few years, I’ve posted numerous blogs here, including my take on new studies, nutrition trends and food products, meal ideas, recipes, and the tips and tricks I’ve learned throughout my years counseling clients. I have loved every minute of it, and it’s been an honor to be part of the SHAPE family and the community. But today will be my last post.

I want to thank all of you for reading. It has been an absolute pleasure communicating with you, and getting to know you here, as well as through Twitter and Facebook.

I also want to thank the entire staff of SHAPE and It has been a privilege working with such a talented, smart, professional, and truly nice group of people. I wish you all continued success, good health, and happiness.

While I will no longer be posting blogs, I will still serve as an expert for articles in SHAPE and on, so I look forward to keeping in touch and continuing to be a resource.
