These tiny tweaks really add up!
When it comes to getting daily physical activity, I used to be pretty lazy: I’d park as close as possible to my destinations and would take the elevator instead of the stairs. Now, I make it a point to park my car farther away from the entrance to buildings and take the stairs every chance I get.
