There are so many choices in the yogurt section that they take up almost an entire aisle. With all that choice available to me, I usually stick to what I know. But recently I clipped a coupon to try Greek yogurt. I picked up plain yogurt with honey, which I added some cinnamon to. I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty and waistline-friendly it was. I did a little research online and learned that tangy, fat-free Greek yogurt is a healthy replacement for sour cream. It can be swapped in for dips, tacos, nachos, enchiladas, thrown into a cooked dish as a thickening agent, or used in any of these healthy recipes. And I’ll save 45 calories for each two tablespoon serving. Plus it’s packed with protein. I’m a total convert!
